Calhealthyliving.com employs the network marketing platform to reach out to

interested customers through direct selling. The organization has a plan that will

benefit individuals, corporate organizations, companies and cooperative societies

willing to use the network marketing strategy to deliver health care products to

interested buyers and resellers within their area of operation.

In addition, unemployed youths and undergraduates who are willing to eke out a

living from their homes or augment their pocket money shall find our network

marketing strategy interesting and beneficial.

The network plan is covered under three categories, viz;

1. Distributors

2. Sales Representatives

3. Resellers

DISTRIBUTORS

Distributors are bulk buyers who deposit a certain amount of money and receive

products equivalent to the amount deposited. They are automatic members of

the organization and are entitled to a monthly salary depending on their level of

membership. They shall also make profit from their direct sales and bonus

accruing from his sales and that of his resellers. To remain as an active officer, a

member shall maintain a monthly deposit required of an officer within that level.

The levels under this category are described below:

SILVER CLUB: Members under this category shall deposit the sum of N600,

000:00 and shall collect products equivalent to the deposit. In addition, the

member shall be referred to as a Manager and is entitled to a monthly salary of

N60, 000:00 at the end of the month.

BENEFIT

In addition to collecting goods worth the amount of deposit and the payment of a

monthly salary, distributors shall be qualified to awards depending on their

performance every year, such as:

1. Free international trip to China or cash equivalent of N 700,000 for

Managers.

2. A brand new car or cash equivalent of N 2.5 million for Senior Managers.

3. Cash award of N 4 million for Deputy Directors.

4. International vacation or cash equivalent of N 6 million for Directors.

5. Award of a brand new car or cash equivalent of N 9 million for super

Directors.

6. Award of a residential building or cash equivalent of N 20 million for

Executive Directors.

GOLD CLUB: Members under this category shall deposit the sum of N1,

000,000:00 and shall collect products equivalent to the deposit. In addition, the

member shall be addressed as a Senior Manager and is entitled to a monthly

salary of N100, 000:00.

BENEFIT

In addition to collecting goods worth the amount of deposit and the payment of a

monthly salary, distributors shall be qualified to awards depending on their

performance every year, such as:

1. Free international trip to China or cash equivalent of N 700,000 for

Managers.

2. A brand new car or cash equivalent of N 2.5 million for Senior Managers.

3. Cash award of N 4 million for Deputy Directors.

4. International vacation or cash equivalent of N 6 million for Directors.

5. Award of a brand new car or cash equivalent of N 9 million for super

Directors.

6. Award of a residential building or cash equivalent of N 20 million for

Executive Directors.

DIAMOND CLUB: Members under this category shall deposit the sum of N2,

000,000:00 and shall collect products equivalent to the deposit. In addition, the

member shall be addressed as a Deputy Director and is entitled to a monthly

salary of N200, 000:00.

BENEFIT

In addition to collecting goods worth the amount of deposit and the payment of a

monthly salary, distributors shall be qualified to awards depending on their

performance every year, such as:

1. Free international trip to China or cash equivalent of N 700,000 for

Managers.

2. A brand new car or cash equivalent of N 2.5 million for Senior Managers.

3. Cash award of N 4 million for Deputy Directors.

4. International vacation or cash equivalent of N 6 million for Directors.

5. Award of a brand new car or cash equivalent of N 9 million for super

Directors.

6. Award of a residential building or cash equivalent of N 20 million for

PLATINUM CLUB: Members under this category shall deposit the sum of N3,

500,000:00 and shall collect products equivalent to the deposit. In addition, the

member shall be addressed as a Director and is entitled to a monthly salary of

N350, 000:00.

BENEFIT

In addition to collecting goods worth the amount of deposit and the payment of a

monthly salary, distributors shall be qualified to awards depending on their

performance every year, such as:

1. Free international trip to China or cash equivalent of N 700,000 for

Managers.

2. A brand new car or cash equivalent of N 2.5 million for Senior Managers.

3. Cash award of N 4 million for Deputy Directors.

4. International vacation or cash equivalent of N 6 million for Directors.

5. Award of a brand new car or cash equivalent of N 9 million for super

Directors.

6. Award of a residential building or cash equivalent of N 20 million for

REGISTRATION AS A DISTRIBUTOR

To register as a distributor, the following conditions apply:

1. A registration fee of N5, 000:00.

2. A deposit equivalent to the desired plan as described above.

3. Organization’s/company’s certificate of registration with CAC (in case of a

corporate organization).

4. Two passport-size photograph of the Managing Director.

5. A valid means of Identification (National I.D, Voters Card, Drivers License or

an International Passport) of the Managing Director.

SALES REPRESENTATIVES

A sales representative is one who registers with the company and receives

supplies of the product equivalent to his deposited sum. He employs the services

of resellers who are identified as down liners to boost his network distribution.

The sales representatives, in addition to the profits made through direct sales,

shall receive bonus for every single pack of product purchased either directly or

through a reseller under his network and which is payable at the maturity of the

bonus threshold every three months. However, the bonus is shared between the

sales representative and members of his reseller (downline) according to their

performance within the period under consideration in the ratio of 40:60; 40% to

the sales representative and 60% to the first line resellers.

Resellers are to register with their sales representative who shall forward the

resellers name to the company for record purposes. The responsibility of the

reseller lies with the sales representative.

REGISTRATION AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE

1. A registration fee of N5, 000:00.

2. A non refundable deposit not less than N40,000:00

3. A valid means of identification (National I.D, voters card or drivers license)

4. Two passport-size photograph

RESELLER

A reseller shall be registered with the distributor or the sales representative with

the following:

1. Two Passport-size Photograph

2. A valid means of Identification (National I.D, Voters Card, Driver’s License

and International Passport)

3. Amount equivalent to the quantity of products they wish to start with.

The reseller shall be responsible to the distributor or sales representative who

sponsored them to the network.

Resellers shall build up a network of direct sales agents who are his downline and

who collect products from him either on cash and carry basis or credit depending

on their mutual understanding.

The bonus received by the reseller from the distributor or sales representative

that sponsored them are to be shared with his downline according to their

performance at the maturity of the bonus threshold in the ratio of 40:60; 40% for

the reseller and 60% for the downline.

HOW TO SOURCE THE PRODUCTS

The distributor and the sales representatives’ source of procurement of products

shall be from the company.

Whereas the distributor shall maintain a monthly deposit of a certain sum of

amount which they shall get equivalent supply of goods for the month, the sales

representative pays cash equivalent to the quantity of goods requested and

receives instant supply. The records of their purchases shall be recorded against

their name for remuneration purposes.

A reseller could either source his goods from the distributor or sales

representative that sponsored them into the network and any of their purchases

with their sponsors shall be recorded so as to qualify to receive bonus when the

threshold matures.

However a reseller could source his product directly from the company but his

purchases shall be recorded against the name of their sponsor while noting down

their own name for record purposes. Their name shall further be transferred to

their sponsor who shall keep an independent record of the sales made by

members of their reseller groups. The distributor and sales representative shall at

the end of the month reconcile their procurement position with the company to

update every purchases made through their reseller by the company.

HOW BONUSES ARE SHARED BETWEEN SPONSORS AND

RESELLERS

Below is a sample network setup by Mr. A, a distributor/sales

representative. The table below shows the performance of members of

the reseller team assembled by Mr. A. The sharing of the bonus

accruing to their network is as shown in the calculations following.

At the maturity of the bonus threshold Mr. A and his network team made a bonus

of N1, 000,000:00, below is how the resellers performed at the threshold

maturity.

To share the bonus, the rule states that the distributor/sales representative shall

get 40% of the bonus while the resellers get the balance of 60%.

Thus, the distributor/sales representative gets;

40% of N1, 000,000:00 = N400, 000:00

The resellers get the balance of 60% equivalent to N600, 0000:00.

In sharing the bonus among the resellers, the table above shows the performance

of the resellers at the maturity of the bonus threshold.

This is how they share it.

Mr. B with 2,500 sales gets; 600,000×2500/10,000 = N150, 000:00

Mr. C with 2,300 sales gets; 600,000×2300/10,000 = N138, 000:00

Mr. D with 2,000 sales gets; 600,000×2000/10,000 = N120, 000:00

Mr. E with 1,700 sales gets; 600,000×1700/10,000 = N102, 000:00

Mr. F with 1,500 sales gets; 600,000×1500/10,000 = N90, 000:00

Total = N600, 000:00

However, Mr. B who is a reseller sponsored by Mr. A, sponsors yet another two

persons Mr. BA and Mr. BB into the network; here are the performances of both

persons at the maturity of the bonus threshold.

To share the bonus, Mr. B gets 40% while his resellers get the balance of 60%.

Mr. BA and Mr. BB share the balance of 60% or N70, 000:00 according to their

sales performance as indicated above.

Mr. BA with 1500 sales gets; 70000×1500/2500 = N 42, 000:00

Mr. BB with 1000 sales gets; 70000×1000/2500 = N 28, 000:00

Total bonus shared = N70, 000:00
